A Primeira Nacional comezará a fin de semana do 3 e 4 de outubro, cun total de 96 equipos participantes, divididos en seis grupos de 16 conxuntos cada un. Ao remate da Liga regular, os dous mellores de cada grupo (12 en total) disputarán a fase de ascenso a División de Honra Prata Masculina, e tan só tres conseguirán o ascenso. Por contra, descenderán os dous equipos peor clasificados de cada grupo, 12 descensos en total.
