Na final, o Loriga superou ao BM Línea 21 Lignum Plus nun axustado e fermoso partido que se decidiu nos intres finais.
Foi unha Final Four chea de emoción, nervios e tamén balonmán de calidade. O Loriga (cuarto clasificado na Liga) superou na semifinal ao BM Narón (27-36), mentres que o Línea 21 venceu ao Lavadores B (39-24). O conxunto coruñés chegaba a este decisivo encontro como segundo clasificado liguero, pero todo se ía resolver en 60 minutos na pista do Municipal de Lalín, cunha bancada chea ata a bandeira.
E así o partido foi discurrindo tremendamente igualado, sobre todo la primeira metade. Ao descanso, 15-15. Na segunda parte, saíu mellor o Línea 21, que logrou escaparse tres goles arriba (18-15, min. 37).
