Esta proba, con 63 equipos inscritos, desenvolverase ao longo de catro días e o seu resultado será transcendental para coñecer aos campións galegos de balonmán praia do presente ano.
Hoxe tivo lugar na casa consistorial de Marín o acto de presentación da proba Concello de Marín-Copa Xacobeo, coa participación do concelleiro de Deportes, Antonio Traba, e do presidente da Federación Galega de Balonmán, Bruno López.
Ambos destacaron que para a celebración deste evento se extremaron as medidas de prevención anti-COVID, ante o incremento de casos nestes últimos días e solicitaron ás e aos participantes á máxima responsabilidade nestes complicados momentos.
Pola súa banda, o presidente da FGBm agradeceu a colaboración e boa disposición do Concello de Marín para a celebración desta proba na praia de Loira. Serán tres os campos de xogos e o torneo comezará mañá xoves coa disputa da primeira fase nas categorías alevín mixta e infantil (masculina e feminina). O venres celebrarase a fase previa en cadete (masculina e feminina) e o sábado en xuvenil e sénior (en ambos casos, en masculino e feminino). O domingo disputarase a fase final en todas as categorías.
