Copa Galicia Feminina
Nesta competición participan os cinco equipos que na tempada 2020/21 competiron na lida de División de Honra Prata Feminina (Rubensa Porriño, AD Carballal, SAR Rodavigo, Asmubal Meaño e CdeC Lavadores) e os tres equipos mellor clasificados da 1ª Autonómica Feminina (Saeplast Cañiza, Samertolameu e BM Chapela).
Todos os equipos participantes entrarán nunha eliminatoria de cuartos de final, sendo cabezas de serie e indo por diferentes partes do cadro os equipos de División de Honra Prata Feminina. Os encontros sempre se disputarán na sede do equipo de menor categoría ou peor clasificados na tempada 2020/21. As semifinais e final terán lugar nunha mesma sede na primeira fin de semana de setembro.
Supercopa Galicia feminina
Os dous equipos galegos da Liga Iberdrola, Conservas Orbe Rubensa BM Porriño e Club Balonmán Atlético Guardés, disputarán a Supercopa Galicia feminina a partido único nunha sede a determinar por parte da Federación Galega de Balonmán e que coincidirá coas fases finais das Copas Galicia e da Supercopa masculina.
Copa Galicia masculina
Nesta competición participan os nove equipos que na tempada 2020/21 competiron en 1ª Nacional Masculina e que non participen na Supercopa Galicia (Bueu Atlético Balonmán, Magope Seis do Nadal, Carnes do Ribeiro – Ourense Provincia Termal, Automanía Luceros, SAR Plastic, Granitos Ibéricos Carballal, OAR Coruña, Forbe Reconquista e UB Lavadores) e os sete primeiros equipos clasificados da 1ª Autonómica Masculina (BM Culleredo, MC360 Poio Artai, BM Porriño, Acanor Novás Valinox B, Distevi Seis do Nadal, Dispensan Café Pontedeume, Granitos Ibéricos Carballal).
Todos os equipos participantes entrarán nunha eliminatoria de oitavos de final, sendo cabezas de serie e indo por diferentes partes do cadro os equipos da 1ª Nacional por orde de clasificación e os equipos de 1ª Autonómica tendo en conta a mesma orde. Os encontros sempre se disputarán na sede do equipo de menor categoría ou peor clasificado da última tempada.
Como no caso da Copa feminina, as semifinais e final, xogaranse nunha mesma sede elixida pola FGBm, e que coincidirán coas Supercopas.
Supercopa Galicia masculina
Na Supercopa masculina participan os dous equipos que na tempada 2020/21 competiron na Liga ASOBAL (Frigoríficos do Morrazo – Club Balonmán Cangas e BM Cisne) os tres equipos de División de Honra Prata Masculina (Atlético Novás, SD Teucro e Disiclín Lalín), e os tres equipos galegos mellor clasificados na categoría de 1ª Nacional Masculina (Calvo Xiria, Rodosa Chapela e Saeplast Cañiza). A competición comezará nos cuartos (a partido único), con todos os equipos participantes, sendo cabezas de serie e indo por diferentes partes do cadro os equipos das dúas categorías superiores. As semifinais e finais disputaranse nunha mesma sede, coincidindo coas Copas Galicia e Supercopa feminina.
