Tanto a categoría sénior masculina coma a feminina desenvolverase nun formato de cuartos de final que enfrontará aos equipos en función da súa clasificación da tempada pasada; na masculina masculina participarán o equipo de División de Honra Prata e os sete mellores clasificados de Primeira Nacional; mentres que na feminina, participarán os seis equipos de División de Honra Prata e os dous mellores clasificados da autonómica.
A Federación Galega de Balonmán aposta por un formato diferente. premiando a clasificación da tempada 22-23 e coa novidade da introducción dentro da Fase Final, da competición nas categorías infantís, cadetes e xuvenís, que se disputarán en formato de final a partido único na fin de semana do 26 e 27 de agosto, e servirán coma preludio á Supercopa Galicia, que contará cos tan esperados derbis:

Conservas Orbe Rubensa Bm. Porriño – Mecalia Atlético Guardés
Un ano mais, grazas á colaboración da Mancomunidade de Concellos do Morrazo e da Xunta de Galicia; a Fase Final se celebrará no Gatañal (Cangas do Morrazo).
