O 25 de xullo celebrouse a Fase Final da Xira Galega de Balonmán Praia Mancomunidade de Concellos do Morrazo, poñendo o colofón a unha competición que se resume en mais de novecentos encontros, encadrados en catro probas, mais de tres mil participantes repartidos en nove categorías, e unha fase final que tivo coma escenario a Praia de Xunqueira de Moaña.
O club pontevedrés PTV Handstrand acadou o título de campión galego nas categorías masculinas de sénior, xuvenil e cadete; mentres que o club VEBA, que chegou con sete equipos ás finais, fixo o propio na categoría infantil masculina.
No que a feminino se refire, Painkillers foi o campión da categoría sénior, mentres que a xuvenil e cadete, nesta ocasión, leva o nome de BMP Pescados; Petanca e Area Bueu foron os campións da categoría infantil feminina e alevín mixta respectivamente.
