O colectivo arbitral galego segue medrando! Nestas últimas semanas un total de 14 árbitras e árbitros fixeron o seu debut sobre a pista co chifre no seu período de prácticas!! Eles son Laura Castro, Lucía Rodríguez, Lucía Sánchez, Manuel Pazos, Marcos Pombal, Martín Rodríguez, Pamela Arca, Sergio Murillo, Daniela Savic, Uxía García, Javier Bernárdez, Jéssica Viéitez, Natalia Méndez e Joel Colmenero. Todos eles están a realizar o curso de árbitros de iniciación, que comezou este verán e actualmente están no período de prácticas incluido na súa formación.
Ademais, nestes días tamén puxemos en marcha un programa de preparación física para o colectivo arbitral. Por medio dunha aplicación móbil, os responsables do comité arbitral nesta faceta, dirixidos por Marcos Pérez Outeda, controlarán o traballo físico semanal do colectivo arbitral. Serán adestramentos personalizados co obxectivo de mellorar a forma física e así tamén o seu rendemento na pista.
Un paso máis, que forma parte do proxecto 2020/23 do Comité Galego Arbitral, que busca medrar día a día, tanto en número de colexiados/as como en formación.
Por todo isto, dende a Federación Galega de Balonmán queremos darlle a benvenida a todas e todos ao colectivo arbitral galego e animalos a seguir formándose e medrando, para conseguir entre todos un balonmán galego máis forte e mellor.
