Un ano máis, dende o mes de xullo, a Federación Galega de Balonmán puxo en marcha o seu particular Proxecto do Plan Corresponsables, financiado pola Xunta de Galicia.
No ano 2022, o Balonmán Galego supuxo a disciplina mais activa na execución deste programa; máis de 250 actividades distribuídas en 62 concellos das catro provincias, e máis de 70 monitores/as con contrato, que superaron as 16.800 horas de actividades de promoción do balonmán. O resultado destas cifras foi moi relevante para a evolución desta disciplina, o 25% dos monitores e monitoras tiveron continuidade dentro das estruturas dos clubs unha vez finalizado o programa, e a partires do mes de decembro, a o balonmán galego aumentou en máis do millar as súas licenzas con respecto ao ano 2022.
Este ano, cun presuposto mais reducido, a Federación Galega de Balonmán pretende por en marcha máis de 300 actividades distribuídas polas catro provincias; na maior parte dos casos a execución do programa realizarase a través dos clubs e terá uns obxectivos moi claros: favorecer a conciliación familiar, a igualdade e a inclusión social, promover a práctica do balonmán de xeito gratuíto e o axudar ao fortalecemento das estruturas técnicas dos clubs creando emprego de calidade.
Bruno López, presidente da Federación Galega de Balonmán, con respecto ás expectativas que presenta o plan, comentou: “dende o Balonmán Galego temos moi claro o que buscamos, este ano manexamos un presuposto inferior ao do ano pasado e non poderemos chegar a todos os puntos que nos gustaría; pero xa estamos funcionando dende hai mais dun mes e o traballo dos clubs, unha vez mais, está a ser impecable e admirable; paralelamente á promoción en si das actividades, para nós este plan supón unha fase mais no plan de profesionalización do Balonmán Galego, algo que nos propuxemos dende o primeiro día que estamos aquí e que estamos seguros que pegará un gran salto a curto prazo con novas iniciativas que temos enriba da mesa; temos que agradecer enormemente o apoio da Xunta de Galicia para levar a cabo un plan pioneiro dentro do noso sector”.
O Plan Corresponsables de balonmán nestes momentos está a levarse a cabo co apoio de vintecatro clubs, en mais de trinta concellos e cun total de corenta e sete monitores/as.
