A Federación Galega de Balonmán decidiu renovar por un ano o acordo coa empresa Cluber para ofertar aos clubs galegos esta plataforma que permite a xestión telemática integral dos clubs, optimizando tempos e recursos humanos. Como xa sucedeu a tempada pasada a Federación subvencionará o 100 por cento do custe desta plataforma, para que as nosas entidades poidan seguir facendo uso das mesmas de forma gratuíta.
O balance deste primeiro ano de funcionamento foi moi positivo, segundo nos conta o presidente Bruno López: “Estamos moi satisfeitos tanto polo esforzo e a atención que amosan dende Cluber para solucionar calquera incidencia que xurda, como pola adaptación que fixeron, xunto a nós, para afrontar a situación que nos trouxo a COVID-19”. Desta forma introduciron importantes actualizacións para adaptarse a esta nova realidade, “para a xestión de aforos, a venda de entradas online, a lectura das mesmas con código QR a través do propio teléfono móbil…”.
Ante a satisfacción de ambas partes tralo primeiro ano de traballo xuntos, o acordo entre Bruno López e Diego López, un dos fundadores desta empresa galega, foi sinxelo e Federación Galega de Balonmán e Cluber decidiron continuar adiante con esta colaboración, que “optimiza tempos e recursos humanos, algo fundamental, tendo en conta que a maior parte das estruturas son amateurs”, conclúe o presidente federativo.
A plataforma de xestión de Cluber é un instrumento con multitude de opcións: Para facer o cobro de cotas de forma telemática, utilizar a APP móbil como instrumento de comunicación coa masa social, realizar eventos online, buscar novas fórmulas de ingresos… Tamén serve para tramitar as subvencións coas administracións dunha forma moi sinxela, que evita erros e aforra moito tempo aos nosos dirixentes.
