Na categoría feminina, a igualdade foi máxima durante os dous días. As semifinais, ambas, decidíronse por só un gol. O AD Carballal superou á SAR Rodavigo nun partido que rematou co conxunto redondelán lanzando un 7 metros co tempo cumprido que podía darlle o empate no marcador, pero a parada de Iria acabou coa ilusión da SAR.
Pola súa banda, o Chapela venceu ao Asmubal Meaño, nun choque que tivo controlado, pero que se lle complicou nos instantes finais cunha gran remontada do Meaño que lle deu emoción a este tramo final.
Na final entre Carballal e Chapela houbo dúas partes ben diferentes. Na primeira dominou claramente o conxunto vigués e na segunda gran remontada do Chapela que logrou poñerse a só un gol a falta de minuto e medio para o final (24-23). Pero Olalla marcou o gol da tranquilidade para non sufrir en exceso e lograr a vitoria na Final Four.

Na categoría masculina, o Bruno The Rock Barber´s BM Cangas superou na semifinal ao campión da Liga Prata, o CP Lucense, que no puido coa forza do conxunto de Adrián Menduiña, que estivo moi regular durante os 50 minutos.
Na outra semifinal, o BM Culleredo Nosolomadera venceu ao BM Chapela, nun choque moi igualado durante os primeiros 35 minutos. A partir de aí, os locais abriron distancias para non sufrir no final.
E así, chegamos a final de hoxe, na que o BM Cangas arrancou moi ben o partido e o Culleredo foi sempre a remolque. Lograron remontar e empatar (9-9, min. 16), pero un tempo morto do Cangas cambiou as cousas e novamente escapouse o conxunto do Morrazo. Ao descanso, 14-11.
Na segunda parte, o Cangas tivo o control do partido a pesar do esforzo do conxunto local, que contaba co apoio da bancada, e o choque rematou cun 33-28 para o Cangas.
