Esta fin de semana (15 e 16 de abril) celebrarase no pavillón da Sangriña as Final Four Xuvenil Masculina e Feminina, nas que se poñen en xogo dúas prazas (unha por categoría) para a disputa do sector nacional. Hoxe celebrouse a presentación do evento na Casa Consistorial da Guarda, coa participación do alcalde da localidade, Antonio Lomba; o deputado provincial Santos Héctor; a vicepresidenta da Federación Galega, Carla Abad; a vicepresidenta do Club Balonmán Atlético Guardés, Gloria Rodríguez, a edil de Deportes da Guarda, Montse Magallanes e varios representantes do club.
O Mecalia Atlético Guardés, que é o club organizador da Final Four, participará na competición feminina, xunto a BM Porriño A, SAR Rodavigo e Hierros Varela Urbieta Xiria. A masculina será disputada por BM Porriño, Cisne Colegio Los Sauces, UPI Informática Lalín e Als Xiria. Todos eles buscarán o título da Final Four, que lles dará unha praza no sector nacional, para o que xa están clasificados Carballal e Cangas, campión e subcampión respectivamente da Liga Ouro feminina e o Luceros na masculina, como campión galego.
Un dos atractivos será que o sábado xogarase sobre a pista verde que se monta para o partido estrela de cada xornada na liga Guerreiras Iberdrola. Neste caso, será o Mecalia Atlético Guardés-Costa do Sol Málaga, co que se pechará a xornada sabatina, na que se disputarán as semifinais da Final Four.
O domingo xogaranse os partidos polo terceiro e cuarto posto e as finais: Masculina (16:00) e feminina (18:00). Todo se poderá seguir en directo a través da canle de youtube da Federación Galega de Balonmán.
O club organizador dispuxo varias actividades paralelas como unha charla con adestradores de elite o domingo pola mañá, espectáculos de danza, música e algunha que outra sorpresa. A entidade quere que todos os participantes leven un bonito recordo desta experiencia, polo que convidou a todos os xogadores e xogadoras, así como aos seus técnicos/as, a presenciar o partido de Liga Guerreiras Iberdrola entre o Guardés e o Málaga. Tamén facilita a cada un deles dúas entradas a un prezo reducido de 5 euros.
