Desta forma, ambos conxuntos quedaron emprazados para a gran final, na que nos depararon un partido dunha calidade excepcional. Na primeira metade, controlou o partido e o marcador o BM Porriño, pero tralo descanso chegou a remontada pontevedresa. O Cisne empatou o partido no minuto 39 e a partir de aí logrou poñerse por diante no marcador para finalizar cunha vantaxe de catro goles (23:27).
